Franciscan Hospital for Children Welcomes Vice President of Human Resources Department
Boston (February 4, 2012) – Franciscan Hospital for Children is pleased to announce the hiring of Nancy Murphy as Vice President of Human Resources. Murphy will be bringing her well rounded portfolio of skills as a Human Capital Consultant to Franciscan.

Murphy brings nearly 30 years of experience to Franciscan Hospital for Children. In her past experiences, Nancy has provided strategic, operational and project-oriented deliverables which impacted business results for companies including Fidelity Investments, State Street Corporation and John Hancock Financial Services. For Franciscan, she will provide leadership for the HR function by aligning business goals with HR strategies to maximize the hospital’s Human Capital and drive bottom line results.
Murphy attended Assumption College in Worcester, MA where she received her Bachelor’s degree, graduating Cum Laude. A resident of Wellesley, MA, Murphy is married with grown children.
